To My Ex-Wife, Lately, I’ve been doing a lot of thinking and I really don’t know why. Anyways just thinking has brought me to this moment where I am writing you a letter. I won’t sugarcoat it, I know I was a bastard! I am still today! The one thing you wanted from me, I was not able to give you. You wanted me to spend more time with you but I was always too busy. I put my business and money above my marriage and for that I am sorry. If it is of any comfort, you are the only woman I ever loved. I guess I was simply unable to make a firm commitment. Many times when I am on do you long on the road, you come into my mind. When that happens, I can’t help but smile, after all, we did have some wonderful moments. Was it wrong? Did I make a mistake? I don’t really know. I wasted seven good years of your life. Seven years and you could’ve been someone who truly deserves you. For this and everything else, for every time you cried, I am sorry! If you ever need anything from me please do not hesitate to call me. This would be the least I could do. Take care of yourself. Your ex-husband, a man who couldn’t appreciate a good thing.
