Hey Brother, I really liked the photos of the new house. I can't believe you're going to have your own boat dock! It's a beautiful place. Like I told you the other night, now the waiting begins. It always seems like it's taking forever to close on a property, and there's always one more piece of paper they have tot have at the last minute. Don't let it stress you out. Just take them what they ask for, and it will all work out. I had the advantage of being tablet to talk to daddy when I was buying my first place. I always knew he would point me in the right direction. I hope I've been able to do the same for you. He would be proud of you, you know. He always was, but he would get such a kick out of seeing his "baby boy" being such a success and moving forward with your life. I was always happy he got to meet your son before he passed on.
