Dear Person in Pain, I know you hurt so much due to the lack of empathy, the violence, the hate even though we are neighbors and friends and kinds, I know that death by a thousand cuts and hidden bias hurts as much as a knee on the neck. But I want you to know I care about you. I love you. My heart breaks to consider your past and present pain. But the future is our shining beacon of hope, it gives us the opportunity to right the wrongs, respect our neighbors and be your ally every day as you struggle for an equal world, a world where you can walk to streets without fear. A world that should of been yours from forever. But I know were care so much bout you and we will silence the hate and fight every day against the inequality you face, I just hope you can find the space in your heart to forgive the ignorant people as we fight to wake them up to the struggle you face.
