Dear Co-worker, I am writing to you to express how I feel about your rudeness. I was so excited to start a new job especially since my mom walked out on us and I was going to be the sole provider for my family. This job is the highest paying job I have ever had which was so important to my family. I knew I would work hard and give it my best. You were designated to be my trainer. I could tell you didn't really care to train me. The process for this job was very complex and you wanted to show me quickly one time and then leave me to sink or swim. I don't think you realize how much I need this job. You became irate when I asked questions and tried to make me feel dumb when I had to ask It wire. It was tough. Especially when I have to worry about my family and doing a good job at work. But I forgive you. My mom walked out, life is too short to hold grudges. Sincerely, Your co-worker
