“A letter to myself I want to be someone else, I'm sick of the skin I'm in. I'm a Debby down who…”
A letter to myself I want to be someone else, I'm sick of the skin I'm in. I'm a Debby down who only thinks negatively about who I am. I radiate positivity for others, everyone sees me as a happy bubbly person but on the inside, I'm so insecure with everything I do and say. I feel like I'm not worthy of anyone. I'm scared that I'm going to pass who I am onto my son and it terrifies me. I'm sick of my pessimistic views. I'm sick of having the feeling of sadness always taking over. I'm sick of not feeling like I'm enough. I'm sick of always being over-talked. I'm sick of always feeling like a bother. I'm sick of overthinking. I'm sick of the overwhelming amount of emotions that rush throughout my body and I'm sick of not knowing how to handle them, I'm sick, I'm sick, I'm sick in the head. I'm sick, I'm sick, I'm sick and don't wanna get out of bed.
