“Dear Mom, I feel very cheated that I didn't have a good mother growing up. You liked my sister,…”
Dear Mom,
I feel very cheated that I didn't have a good mother growing up. You liked my sister, but you didn't like me or have anything to do with me. We never had a normal conversation, except you tell me what to do. One time I said that I looked like you and you said oh no you don't, you look like your dad. But unfortunately I look, sound and act exactly you, which I really hate, to the point of getting Voice lessons and plastic surgery, you were also very negative. I think you got it from your mother, so I do have some sympathy for you, and I don't hold a grudge against you because that is how you were raised. We did have a few decent moments, I appreciate you keeping my dog so I could go on vacation and the thing you gave me. But you gave my sister a lot more things and treated her a lot better than me. I try not to think of that and try to focus on what good points you had. Love you anyway,
Your youngest
