Dear Friend, I've been craving to tell you this for quite some time because you've had your own difficulties due to Coronavirus and I didn't want to inconvience you with my own problems. But I couldn't keep it to myself anymore. A few months ago I was feeling sick, at first, I thought maybe I had Covid-19 but after a few tests, the doctor said I have Rectum Cancer. I've been going to the hospital twice a week for chemotherapy treatment since then. It has been really tough. I haven't told anyone about it and I know things have not been going well for you since you lost your job due to the Coronavirus. I haven't told my girlfriend and my mom. The medical bills have just been piling up and I have no idea how I'm going to pay for them. I'm constantly lying to my girlfriend every time she asks me where I'm going when I leave the house to get treatment.
