To Someone... Anyone. If I could tell you anything... I would tell you I regret everything about my life. I got married young, bought a house in the next town over from where I grew up...adopted a dog and a bunch of cats. I basically tied myself down with a bunch of decisions before I even knew who I was or who I wanted to be. The only thing I knew was l had to get away from my parents and that I had so little courage, so little faith in myself, that the only way to escape would be to get married. ll you have children... or plan to... please don't let your own fears and insecurities limit their world and break their spirits, One thing that is severely lacking in this world is confidence, from the intelligent and capable people They won't lead, they won't take risks... they compromise their true greatness because of that sad insecurity that parents or bullies or whoever put into the backs of their minds. We pay for it for years or the rest of our lives if we never realize it. Now all I want to do is escape this lie, and live my true life, my genuine dreams.
