Dear, Though this may be in my mind about how I feel about the situation at work, I'm going to speak my mind about you and the five years I've been able to see the person that you are. You are the most selfish person I know. The work team overall should be your goal in being successful. However, self-preservation seems to be your only concern in the long-run. Your actual reasoning behind things is completely fueled by such. You have had a bad relationship with your spouse of less than a decade, but you can't keep living like this or forcing others to deal with how you act. It's time you make a decision to change and starting learning to appreciate people for who they are. Letting someone in, even as a co-worker, is healthy. It leads to communication in the workplace. This is important for overcoming problems as a team. It's about TEAMWORK.
